WahaSend connects your number the way WhatsApp Web does, as a linked device. WhatsApp watches how numbers behave and blocks the ones that look like machines or spam. We space and pace messages to lower the risk, but **no tool can guarantee a number will never be blocked**: how you use it matters most.

- Write to people who know you and expect your message: customers, people who wrote first, people who opted in.
- Start slowly with a new number: a few first messages a day, more after a few weeks. Keep a normal human use of the phone too.
- Personalise: a name and a reason in each message. The same text to hundreds of strangers is the fastest way to a ban.
- Check numbers first ([validate](https://wahasend.com/docs/api/validate.md)); many messages to numbers not on WhatsApp look like spam.
- Send in daytime hours, and stop when people stop answering or ask you to.
- Keep `high` priority for what can't wait (codes, alerts): it skips the typing simulation.
- Watch `session.disconnected` events and `GET /session/status`: a blocked or unlinked number stops sending.

WahaSend is an independent service. It is not made, endorsed or supported by WhatsApp.
